WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends may take 48-72 hours for processing and shipping.
WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When you receive your dispatch confirmation email from us it will contain your tracking number. This will let you know that the order has left our warehouse and is on the way. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for any movement to show. Please be patient.

Yes you can. When placing your order, please enter the address where you want the item to be shipped to.

Yes we do ship to US PO Boxes.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE ITS PLACED?
Once your order has been confirmed our staff cannot change or edit the order due to administrative reasons.
If you have placed an order incorrectly please contact us and we will cancel the order, allowing you to re-order the correct items.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We will happily refund any items within 7 days of receipt, providing it is returned in original packaging with no signs of use or misuse.
Please ensure that you clearly mark the goods as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. All returns must be sent by registered mail. For international orders, we will refund the total amount you have paid for the goods except postage and packaging.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
Occasionally mistakes do happen and we will look to rectify this as quickly as possible. Please contact the customer service team using the contact us form detailing the issue and we will be in touch. Please include your order number at all times when emailing our Customer care team.
I THINK MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR STOLEN, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Tag Twenty Two is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please be sure to pick the delivery method you trust the most.
We can however, open a claim for you if believe your package was lost or stolen. Claims take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to be processed. If the claim is approved, we will issue a refund or a replacement item.
Refunds, store credits or replacements of your order will not be issued until your claim is closed.
Replacement items that are shipped will require a signature confirmation upon delivery.
